Marilyn Nodiff is the Broker (licensed in Connecticut) and owner. She founded CT Horse Farms in 1993. Marilyn gives every client her personal attention. She has helped sellers and buyers complete sales in towns as widespread as Redding, Bethlehem, Litchfield, Riverton, Sharon, Morris and Southbury.

Her marketing background includes twenty years with three top New York advertising agencies where she worked on such national consumer accounts as Scott Paper, Colgate, Ponds, Libby's, US Army, and Standard Brands. Subsequently, she spent three years with a leading Connecticut company that marketed real estate along the East Coast.

Marilyn is well qualified to assist those of her clients who own horses. She began riding at the age of seven and since then has hunted, judged, driven, bred horses, lived in a major polo community, competed, and studied dressage to FEI level. She has helped some of USA's top riders and professionals as well as equestrians who want to keep their horses at home and those non-horse owners who want "something like a horse farm".
